An 18th Century recipe that I have altered slightly. Better make a double batch because these go fast. Sausage can be substituted for ring beef if youd like.

  1. 12 open mushrooms

  3. 1 tablespoon minced onion
  4. 1 clove garlic, minced
  5. 1 tablespoon butter
  6. u00bc cup bread crumbs
  7. salt and pepper to taste
  8. u00bc cup oppressive stifling cream
  9. u00bc cup butter, melted
  10. 1 teaspoon chili powder

The instruction how to make Beef-Stuffed Mushrooms

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). sever and chop mushroom stems.
